I want to apply to MIBAS, however the English requirements are having a 22 in all sections in the TOEFL iBT and I have 21 in one of those sections. Would I not qualify because of that?

I've uploaded to STINE my bachelor's degree and a graduate certificate I've done, however, when I got the letter I only got recognized my bachelor's degree, how can I proceed to have the other credits recognized?

I applied for the recognition of my bachelor's degree via STINE, however, I didn't include a graduate certificate I did and would like to get it recognized as well. The issue is, I cannot add another request, how do I do this? Thank you very much.

Ok thank you. Although I am just trying to get my bachelor's degree recognized I am not intending to apply just yet. Do I still have to wait for the 15th of February for that paper work?
