Since you are requesting in English language, I would like to make clear in advance that all bachelor's programs at Uni Hamburg are taught in German language. At the latest at time of enrollment, all admitted applicants have to submit proof of sufficient German language skills. see also under

In order to apply to the Uni Hamburg, you must have obtained your university entrance qualification by July 15th at the latest. (please verify here at time of application:

Your higher education entrance egilibility has to be checked in a "preliminary documentation" procedure (VPD) by uni-assist (University Application Service for International Students). uni-assist reviews your international certificates and notifies you whether your previous educational qualifications permit you to start studying in Germany or are recognized for your program of choice. The VPD has to be submitted when enrolling, the converted German note has already to be entered when applying.
