I’m from Taiwan and I have been preparing the documents to apply the MIBAS program. I have a question about the Language certification.
On the MIBAS website, it states“ proof of English proficiency with the Level B2 (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) from a recognized institution“ and I would like to know if my TOEIC certification is available for the application?
