Hello,

I received a provisional semester ticket and student ID card (which was valid until June 16th, 2021) from the Advisory and Administration department, and I have already paid the semester fee but I have not received my permanent semester documents till now.
Please let know if what would I do, in order to get my permanent semester documents for summer semester 2021.
