I did the enrollment eleven days ago, and I know that sometimes takes a while to receive the confirmation. However, one of my colleague did it and she received it two days after, and I am still waiting. I am wondering if maybe something went wrong.

Since personal data is required to process your inquiry, I would ask you to write to us again via Campus-Center contact form and fill in the relevant fields in the form. My colleagues will then process your request as quickly as possible.
