Universität Hamburg offers some master programs taught in English. You can find those programs in the following list:
http://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter/ ... bot_e.html The programs taught exclusively in English are marked "ENG" in the column "Language". The programs marked "GER/ENG" are taught in both English and German and therefore proof of German language proficiency is required to be admitted. Detailed information about the level of German language proficiency required and about the certificates accepted by Universität Hamburg is provided here:

The admission requirements for the master programs offered by Universität Hamburg differ for the various programs, so I cannot tell you in general which programs you would be eligible for. You can find detailed information about the admission requirements for the programs offered if you click on the names fo the programs in the list linked to above and look at the information provided in the section "Applying". If you have questions about the admission requirements for any specific program, please feel free to ask again.
The general fee for studying in a master program offered by Universität Hamburg is the semester contribution which currently amounts to 305 Euro per semester. Further information about the semester contribution is provided here:
http://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter/ ... rag_e.html A few master programs require tuition fees in addition to that. You can find our whether this is the case for a given program if you click on the names of the programs in the list linked to above - information about an eventual fee is provided in the section on top of the page.
