Can I pick up my semester documents in person at 28.09

Hi there,
I’m arriving at German next week. I wonder whether can I pick up my documents in person at campus center.

, I do not need to book an appointment for this. But I’m not sure that my documents is ready when I go to pick them up at 28.09.
Moreover, will I receive the semester ticket along with the semester documents?

Dear hannahl,

You can pick up the semester documents on September 28 between 3pm and 5pm. You will receive the student identity card and the semester ticket - printed directly in Campus-Center.
