MIBAS Application Submission

Dear Team,

My name is Bora Issever. Yesterday I submitted my application to the MIBAS program on the StiNE platform, in which I completed all sections without any missing documents or information.

In the welcome page, there is the clause "Please note that we can only acknowledge applications with the "sent/received" status in the current round of applications at Universität Hamburg. Applications with "open" status will not be processed".

Despite having completed my application, it says "submitted" instead of either "sent" or "received". Can you inform me whether it will change into one of those after the applications are closed? Or is "submitted" considered the same as those two?

I am aware that it is a very basic question, yet I would like to clarify it just in case anything needs to be changed.
