Failed registration after payment

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have paid the semester fee after receiving the registration payment letter, but then found out that I have been deregistered by the faculty due to the completion of all the exams, and I have not yet received any further information about my registration.

I would therefore like to enquire whether it is still possible to register as a student at the University of Hamburg and, if not, what will happen to the semester fee I have already paid.
