Didn't receive new login credentials for stine

Hello, I am Ankita Haldar. I have started my doctoral studies from March 1st, 2024. I have submitted online application form and other required documents for enrolment on 10th July, 2024 through Stine. Its been more than two months I didn't receive my new login credentials and documents for semester fees payment. When I will receive my new access data and other semester documents?
