I need a document for embassy for study visa

To whom it may concern,

I hope all is well with you and your beloved ones.

After along wait for student visa, Yesterday I was in the German embassy consulate to submit my student visa documents, they asked me about a document, That is a certificate (in German,not English) that the language of the position is English and the English language certificate presented to the university at the time of admission is approved by the University of Hamburg.

I enrolled in the courses and I joined the courses and started online them. And I am worried about my studies for this semester that I will arrive late beacause of this matter.

My matriculation number is 7917531.

Please give me the necessary cooperation and assistance,
I have waited with eager anticipation to start my new scientific journey. And I could arrive soon in Hamburg.

Please if it is possible to send me as an email or pdf file that my english languge certificate is approved by you.
