Hi, I'm Daniel.

I'm interested in continuing my studies in Germany.

I'm looking for a way to get into a top-ranked university, and I'm wondering if the University of Hamburg is a good option.



I'm a medical student at Bushehr University of Medical Sciences in Iran.

I would like to know if I can apply to your university if I pass enough university units.



Also, do I need to finish college in Germany if I'm already studying at a university?



How many units should I pass and what do i need to have to be able to apply to Hamburg University?

First of all, you should be aware, that Universität Hamburg offers first degree programs taught in German language only. A prerequisite for the study of a degree program taught in German at Universität Hamburg is that you are proficient in German at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. For applicants from non-EU countries there is a special selection procedure. Applications are evaluated according to a bonus point system which you should follow should you want to acquire a place in the program of medicine. You can find more information here: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ml#2907387. For medicine it was necessary to have 52 points during the last application period.
