Recognition of First Degree Program for Master in Economics

Hello.
I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master in Development Studies. My Bachelor degree has sufficient math background and Master degree has sufficient economics background for application eligibility criteria b. I want to know if I am eligible to apply and in this case which degree will be regarded as first degree.

The first degree is your bachelor's degree. You can show sufficient economic backround with your master's degree. Your educational qualifications will be evaluated by the selection committee within the admission procedure.
