Unable to Submit Doctoral Enrollment Application on STiNE

Hi,

My name is Meenakshi Mini Ashok, and I have been successfully admitted as a doctoral student at the MIN Faculty, Department of Physics, University of Hamburg. I have also received the official letter of acceptance via Docata-MIN.

I then began the enrollment procedure via the STiNE platform. I have filled in all the required fields and uploaded the necessary documents.

However, I am currently unable to submit the application. The system displays the following message:

"The procedures period is exceeded. A release of this application is not possible!"

My application tracking number is BW-1979141.

Could you please advise me on how to proceed and finalize my enrollment?

I assume the reason for this error is that you started the application for enrollment two months ago. Please delete the current application and start a new one. If the error still occurs, please contact us again.
