I have visited the university’s official website and noted that applications for the summer semester are scheduled to begin on December 1.
However, when I attempted to access the application portal, it stated that there is currently no application available for me. I wanted to reach out and request clarification on this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate information on the following:
1. The official application deadlines for international students applying to the MSc African Language and Culture program for the summer semester.
2. Whether there might be a delay in the portal opening, or if there are specific steps I need to follow to access the application.
3. Any additional requirements or important dates I should be aware of as an international applicant.

I have just checked: the STINE application for the Master degree program African Language and Culture is possible. Please make sure to go to "find courses offered" and then filter by "degree type": Master. The first search result is African Language and Culture M.A. and applying is possible.
