Request for Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a graduate of the University of Hamburg (UHH).
Since it has been quite some time since my graduation, I no longer have access to the STiNE system. Therefore, I would like to ask how I can obtain my Exmatrikulationsbescheinigung.

For your reference, I have attached my certificate of enrollment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) from my final semester.
Please let me know if any additional documents or steps are required.
