Bachelor Degree absance

I am currently studying in Italy. According to Italian education system, we do not have limited number of semesters to finish our studies and as result, I do not have any document specifying my graduation date. I have currently 151 CFUs. What document should I provide?

Ok thank you, I do have another question now. In the pdf regarding the data science master it is written that no more than 30 ECT most be remaining. Although I already have 151, my total number of ECTs is 180 because of extra courses I took. Would I be excluded in case of applying?

Sorry my total number of ECTs are 184 not 180 including one as final project which I already passed yet not submitted
