Processing time for Declaration of Waiver

Hello,

I was accepted to Master's program in Physics and I have deadline for accepting/rejecting the offer tomorrow. I would like to accept the offer, however I was wondering, if I later decide to withdraw my enrollment before August, how long does the de-enrollment process typically take until it is officially completed?
