I can assure you that everything is fine with your enrollment. Your semester documents, however, were not sent yet. Since they should have ben sent by now, I will look into that and see to it that they are sent as soon as possible.

There is no need to come to the office, since everything is fine and coming to the office in person will not speed up the process.

ich habe dasselbe Problem, habe mich für Masterstudiengang Physik immatrikuliert aber bisher keine Nachricht bekommen. Ich habe noch keine feste Adresse in Deutschland. Sollte ich bereits eine E-Mail erhalten haben?

I could clear up your case. There was a technical problem. Your documents will be printed now. Since you provided an address abroad in your application, we will not send the documents via post. You will receive an email when your documents are ready for pickup at Campus-Center.

Auch Sie haben eine Adresse im Ausland angegeben und erhalten die Unterlagen daher nicht per Post. Sie werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt, wenn die Unterlagen im Campus-Center zur Abholung bereit liegen. Das sollte in den nächsten Tagen der Fall sein.
