Hi,
I am an international student starting at Hamburg in October. I received an email weeks ago saying all of my matriculation documents, health insurance were received.
I have not been given any provisional semester documents, or told anything about paying fees, how to access stine or how to register my courses. I am not living in Germany yet.

If you have not provided an address in Germany with your matriculation documents, you won’t get provisional semester documents via regular mail, since those documents are not sent to addresses outside Germany. You can pick up your provisional semester documents upon your arrival in Germany at the Campus Center during the opening hours: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter_e.html
Your login details for STiNE are sent to you via Email in case you didn’t provide a German address, so please check the Email Account you provided with your matriculation documents for that. In your STiNE account you will find information on paying fees.
Information and advice on how to register for your courses will be provided during the orientation week for your program, which takes place from October, 5th to October, 9th for most programs. For further information on the orientation week for your program, please contact the academic office of your program. If you tell me which program you enrolled for, I can give you further information on who to contact for this.

I have checked the email address I provided and I have not received any emails regarding logging in to STiNE. I have had no contact about STiNE since submitting my application early in July. Is there anyway to see if the details were sent to me?
