Krankenversicherungsbescheinigung

Hello. I am an international student and I received the formal health insurance certificate from Krankenkasse my email. I sent it to Campus Center using Kontaktformular last week. I didn't get any response jet and I worry about it. Should I send the certificate also by post to be enrolled?

Don't worry. I just checked our emails and we got your certificate. So you do not have to send it by post again. It just takes some time until documents which are handed in late get processed, so please be patient, nothing can go wrong.
