Dear sir/madam,
I am a PHD student in China. Now I am in Group TAMS, Department Informatics as a visiting scholar, invited by the group leader Prof. Zhang.
Im looking forward to apply for the "Free Mover" and get the student transportation card . When I follow the website guide and click "print-out of your application from the application platform (register under: www.uni-hamburg.de/online-bewerbung)", NO form or table is availble. I guess maybe I miss the right time? So please tell me whether I can apply for "Free Mover" right now?
Best regards,
Xiao Dengyut
Dear Xiao,
Indeed you're missing something. You have to serach for your study program of choice first. Then you will find a table to choose from - see screenshot below.

Thanks very much for your help. I have successfully finished my application form according to your guide.
Here comes another question. The materials which I need to submit include "proof of current enrollment in the respective program at your home university (a current semester certificate or transcript of records and proof of enrollment)". While I only have the electronic version of the "certificate of student status " from my home university. The issuing data of the certificate is June, 2019, but it says "it is valid till september 2019".
So I wonder is this certificate enough as the proof? I have already in Hamburg and it will be a very hard work to get a new certificate.
Here attaches the certificate (compressed)。

Dear Xiao,
It is required to document that you are enrolled as a PhD student at your local university during the winter semester 2019/20 (October 1 - March 31) by submitting a current semester certificate or a current transcript of records together with proof of enrollment. The attached certificate cannot be used for this purpose, since its validity expired four weeks ago.
When in doubt, send the documents that you can collect including your resume, a letter of confirmed supervision and a print-out of the online application. Our Application, Admissions and Student Affairs Team will instruct you on how to complete the enrollment documentation in case some documents are missing.
Kind regards,
Oksana Maryskevych

Thanks very much for your help.
The materials that I have now include the invitation letter, the proof of the scholarship,a print-out of the online application (only one pape).
The content of the invitation letter can confirm I am a phd student at my home university. By the way, I am also appling for a new "certificate of student status " from my home university.
So I wonder can we communicate the details by email or the "contact form for international prospective students" to complete the enrollment documentationI. I can send you the photos of the materials and you can instruct me to correct the wrongs online. When my materials are qualified, I will take those to your office. In this way, it will save both our time.
Best regards,
Xiao Dengyu

Dear Xiao,
For us, it is easier, if you just hand in your materials to the address given here: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/freemover Nothing will happen if some of the materials are not qualified yet. You will just be notified then if documents are missing or not sufficient to complete your enrollment.
Best regards,
