Doctoral candidate enrollment documents via post or email?

I have sent my documents for the enrollment as a letter to the address indicated (Team Bewerbung, Zulassung und Studierendenangelegenheiten).
Do you need the documents via email due to the current situation? If so, could you please inform me of an email address to which I should send the documents?
