Hi sir/ma'am,

I was working on my application (BW-1416895) and clicked on "Overview of Application" and it got submitted. I was editing my motivation letter and planned to attach after few minutes, but when I came back I found that my application is submitted.

Is it possible to include my motivation letter now?

Dear Deepika,

If corrections such as uploading additional documents are necessary for an application, the application, if already submitted, must first be reopened.

To do this, we need the explicit request to reopen your application. Please use our contact form: www.uni-hamburg.de/admission.

As soon as we have received this request, we will reopen the application and you can edit the application again.

Due to the application deadline (31 March 2020) it is important to do this quickly. It is also important that you resubmit your application after you have uploaded additional documents.
