To whom it might be concerned,

I filled in the enrollment form online without insurance and I am going to buy TK insurance. My semester start in October, so I am going to buy the insurance from that month. However, if I buy insurance from October, I don't think I will receive an insurance document in June. Would you mind writing to me what document should I prove for insurance, and in case I cannot submit my insurance soon, will I receive enrollment certificate to apply for German visa? I will start MIBAS in Winter 2020.

Health insurance documents can be submitted after submitting enrollment documents, if you do not have proof of health insurance yet during the enrollment period - even in October is sufficient.

If you are applying to study at a university, you need either a student applicant visa or a student visa. To apply for a student visa, you must present confirmation that you have been accepted to a university (“Zulassungsbescheid”). You can apply for a student applicant visa if you have already applied to Universität Hamburg and received confirmation of your application. You can find this confirmation in your applicant account.
