Hi. I'm not sure about other countries but in my country there is still at least a month until visa applications open at the local embassy.

If visa applications open from 1st August, I'm sure there will be queue. I'm just wondering what the university policy will be for students who have paid their Semester fee and insurance fee by mid-August but have not received the student visa until at least October or November?
