Application for International Graduate Student

I hope you are well during these times. I am a Canadian citizen and I just finished my four year Environmental Science degree. I would like to study in Hamburg to further extend my skill set. I would be interested in taking courses in the MIN department. Are there possibilities for me to apply to the MIN department without being proficient in German. Is it possible to take courses in the MIN department without completing the whole degree?

As a graduate, is it possible to take courses in any department without completing the whole degree? Are there any options for completing courses without the need to be in a department or a degree?
