There are no other scholarships offered by Universität Hamburg directly. But there are lots of possibilities to apply for a scholarship for studying in Germany offered by other institutions. The DAAD offers helpful information about getting a scholarship for studying in Germany and a database where you can research for scholarships matching your needs: https://www.daad.de/deutschland/stipendium/en/
