Hello,
Due to Covid, I can only take a German language course if I've already been accepted into a university. This is the only way to get a student visa. My initial plan was to complete my German language course and then apply to the university.

What are my options to apply as a new student for a first time semester if I don't have my German language certificate yet?

(I still plan to study German first, obviously)
