Change of Address/ Documents for New Students

Hello,

I used an address from abroad when I applied to a masters program at the university. I have now been accepted and I am now in Hamburg. I have a new address, but I do not know how to update my information so that I can get my student documents. I tried to go to the Service-Point, but due to corona, the office is closed. I am not sure how to get my student documents. Any information would be great.
