Dear Sir or Madam,

I was trying to register the new semester at Uni-Hamburg but received the deregistration information (attached).

My doctoral proceeding was approved for 4 years (see attachment). The document received on stine shows my enrollment period ended on 30.09.2020 (only 6 semesters).

Could please help this?

Dear Leyuan,

as you did not transfer the semester contribution for the winter semester by October 1st, you were de-registered. If you want to re-register, you can do this by transferring the semester contribution and the additional fee of 30 € for the late re-registration.

I don't why the transfer was failed. I have done this today plus the 30 € additional fee.
