I have not paid for the semester contribution but will pay this week. I want to know if I am still eligible to make the payment, and receive all other benefits that follows, and if it will affect my studies and enrollment.

First semester students can still transfer the semester contribution without having a negative impact on the enrollment.

In order to be finally enrolled, there is still neccesary to submit proof of sufficient health insurance in addition to the semester contribution (according to our system). The final semester documents can be sent to you only once you have given an address in Germany. For this purpose, please contact us using the contact form for personal inquiries under https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... enter.html so that we can change your foreign address.
