I have got my semester ticket and user name for the STiNE account through mail. But there is no password for STiNE account. When I tried to log in through https://www.bv.uni-hamburg.de/, it was not working as well.
In addition to that I have not received any e-mail id for surfmail. Therefore, can you help me with it.
