Hi

I am Martino Morici, new PhD student at the University of Hamburg.
I completed the registration procedure on Stine and got a student account, then I payed the enrollment fee on the 21st of December.
Now nothing appears under Application-->Documents... shouldn't I be able to download my Certificate of Enrollment? I really need it to complete my registration at the student residence.

Can you help me?

your proof of enrollment ("Online-Semesterbescheinigung") for the winter semester 2020/21 should now be available to you in your STiNE account (Studying -> Documents). Please let me know if you have any further questions.
