Hi,
I am asking this question on behalf of my Colleague "Ahmad Akram" who got Ph.D. degree (nearly 8 years ago) from the University of Hamburg. He wants to get an English Translation of his ph.D degree. Currently He is working in Pakistan. Please provide the guidelines in this regards.

At Universität Hamburg, the individual departments and faculties are responsible for issuing degree certificates. This also applies to PhD certificates.

Therefore, your colleague has to contact the responsible department or faculty directly which has issued the German version of the degree certificate and ask if it is possible to issue an additional English version of this document.
