Hello all,

I have my BA degree in Anthropology (Major) and English (Minor) and plan to enroll in the Master program for Languages and Cultures of Southeast Asia. I have several questions regarding online application.

Firstly, do I have to submit both my major and minor in the academic history section, or just my major? Do I have to submit two entries indicating both my major and minor?
Secondly, I graduated on this winter semester 2020/21 and plan to apply for the winter semester 2021/22. Does it mean that I will have one semester of waiting period?
Lastly, do I have to put my bachelor certificate or my studienkolleg certificate for the Hochschulzugangberechtigung?

Usually major and minor are considered to be part of one degree program. Therefore, only one entry would be necessary. Please enter the subject of your major in the field "Subject" for this entry.

Yes, that is correct. Please always check the column "Notes" to the right of the entry field in STiNE. Your case is one of the examples listed there:
"You completed your first degree in the last winter semester and are applying for admission to a master’s degree in the following winter semester
= the waiting period is 1 semester as there is a full summer semester in between."

3) Lastly, do I have to put my bachelor certificate or my studienkolleg certificate for the Hochschulzugangberechtigung?

It depends on the specific documents.

A bachelor's degree can be a higher education entrance eligibility ("Hochschulzugangberechtigung"):
a) if it is from a German university (see https://www.uni-hamburg.de/en/campuscen ... ml#7565422) or
b) if it has been formaly recognised by uni-assist and you have a preliminary documentation procedure (VPD) by uni-assist which specifies that this bachelor's degree constitutes a higher education entrance eligibility.

An assessment certificate of a Studienkolleg in Germany would also be an accepted proof of higher education entrance eligibility ("Hochschulzugangsberechtigung").
