Sir or Madam , After I received my letter of admission for my studies in German Language and Literature, I submitted all documents within the deadline of September 16, 2020. Since then I have been waiting for the payment request for the semester fee and my semester ticket. I am aware that the processing time can take over a month, but I get a little restless because I have heard from many other freshmen that they have already received their semester ticket and that I am not sure whether everything worked out for me .
