Hi,
I have a doubt regarding submitting the application form for M.Sc. Physics and M.Sc. Mathematical physics program offered at Hamburg.
As for M.Sc. Physics program, the application period for the winter semester is Feb 15 - March 31, and for M.Sc. Mathematical physics program the application period ( June 1 - July 15 ) starts late than the physics program, is it possible that I can submit the application for both?
More explicitly saying, if I submit my application now for physics program, will I be able to submit the application for Mathematical Physics?
Dear AshleyChraya,
No, that is not possible. However, you will be notified as to whether you could be admitted to the program in physics before the application deadline for the program in mathematical physics. Therefore, if your application for physics is rejected, you can withdraw that application and start a new one for mathematical physics in time. To withdraw your application in that case, you need to write us using this contact form: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/kontakt-cc
Best regards,

What if anyone gets accepted to the physics program and changes his/her mind to apply for a mathematical physics program? Can he/she still withdraw the physics application and start a new one for mathematical physics? Therefore, if your physics application is rejected, you can withdraw that application and start a new one for mathematical physics in time.
