Hello, I am a foreigner and I intent to apply for an International Master's Degree (MIBAS) for Winter 2021, but I don't have my VPD yet. Even if I apply for it today it won't be on time since the deadline is March 31. I just wonder if there is any chance that the Uni Assist application alone can be sufficient in this period of time. Or is there not any chance at all to apply for the programme at the moment and the only option for me right now is the next semester? Thank you in advance!

Please apply for the VPD at uni-assist as soon as possible and apply at Uni Hamburg without the VPD then. The department of socioeconomics, which is in charge of applications for MIBAS, will decide whether your application can be considered on the basis of the information they will find in the database of uni-assist.

I applied for VPD as you said and I am currently filling the application form at Stine, but appearently I have to upload the "Preliminary documentation form (VPD) from uni-assist" as a document. Should I upload my Uni-Assist application form instead? Thank you again.
