Hi,

I completed enrollment via digital portal following checklist (https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... tional.pdf) and received a confirmation email.

However it was 10 days from the day I received enrollment confirmation and there is no more information from university. I also can not log in my STINE account, it notified wrong pass/user not existed.

Please help me what I have to do next.

Among other things, you will learn that your STiNE applicant account is currently being converted into a student account, which is why access is currently not possible for you.

Hi,

I also have a question concernign the enrollment process. I am experiencing the same procedure as pbngoc. I need a letter confirming my enrollment at the university prior July to get exemption from Military service Could you please tell if I will be sent an official confirmation of my enrollment anytime soon?

you will receive your proof of enrollment after you have submitted all required documents and paid your semester contribution - before that we can unfortunately not issue them.
