Online Enrollment Master

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to complete the online enrollment procedure for MIBAS program, however once I fill out the form (attaching the documents) and press the "Next" button nothing happens. Even though the guidelines suggest to wait in this situation, I suppose I have been waiting for too long. I tried to refresh, re-submit and use another browser but neither helped. I would appreciate if you could help me fix this issue, thank you in advance

Before submitting, please check that you have filled in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*). Please also check whether you are uploading files that are too large - they may prevent you from submitting the enrolment application.

Thank you for your reply,

I've noticed that the site shows some error stating "Error creating Blob for IELTS. Status 500" while I am trying to attach IELTS file. I tried to repeat the process with the reduced file size, however the same error showed up yet again. I guess I can submit the application without the IELTS certificate (I provided it during the program application and can send it later if need be). I would appreciate if you could advise me on this matter.

Dear Murad,

you received a link to a checklist with your admission letter. You would only be required to submit these with your enrolment application if they were highlighted in colour - but they are not. If it is not possible for you to upload certain documents with your application, send them to us at a later date to http://www.uni-hamburg.de/submit-later. If you cannot upload there either, please contact us again.
