Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you concerning the application procedure to the MA programme English as a World Language. After filling the application form and sending it, I had a technical problem and I didn't manage to print it out. Could you advise me what I can do in this situation?
Secondly, it is stated that the application is paperless but if the degree was obtained abroad ( outside Germany) the printed version of the application, copy of BA Diploma and Transcript of Records should be sent in paper by regular mail. I have obtained my degree from abroad and I need to send these documents. I would like to ask you if i can send my documents in e-version via email? I am afraid that the copy of my documents sent by regular mail will not reach the university by the deadline taking into consideration the current Corona situation.

The application documents have been submitted in paper form by post. There is not given an email-address in the "application information". https://www.uni-hamburg.de/onTEAM/studi ... nguage.pdf.

To print out the online-application please use the print function of your browser.

How can I print out my application?
After successfully submitting your application online, you will also have the option of printing out your full application. Click on "Drucken" (print) on the online application form homepage to switch to the print view.
