i filled the form of information for applying and submitted that ,then the upload document page appeared ,but I couldn't upload the document in time and I lost the page what should I do?

I saw that you submitted an application for the master program English as a World Language. For an application for that program, no document upload is necessary. You may have to send documents to the faculty offering the program though: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/onTEAM/studi ... nguage.pdf

So do not worry about any uploads, but please read the document linked to above carefully to find out whether in your case you need to send documents.
