Dear Sir/Madam,

I was admitted to the Master's program in Economics for winter semester 2021. It has been more than a month I tried to get an appointment to obtain a student visa. However, I have not received any appointment in my home country (Iran), yet.

Recently, I have moved to Armenia but German embassy do not give any appointment to Iranians if they have been resident of Armenia for less than 6 months.

Considering that the semester start is in October and I have not get any response from the embassy yet, is it possible to negotiate with embassies whether in Armenia or Iran to get an appointment and speed up the procedure? Or what would you advise me to do given my situation?

I do not want to miss the opportunity to be part of this program so I would like to know if the university could help me to speed up the process in any way.
