Dear Madam/Sir,

My name is Duygu Uyar, international student of Mathematics Master program.

I wanted to pay my semester contribution to enroll for winter semester 21 but I didn't receive any documents for that. Mostly it was available in Stine in mid of July. This is my 6th semester in the system. Is that why I didn't get the documents? Due to a serious health problem, my program is extended and Studienburo Mathematics is already informed about it.

I am worried if it is related with the extension or is it simply that the forms are not sent yet?
I asked Studienburo about why I didn't get the payment forms, they said I should contact you.

Could you please inform me about this? or anything I need to do?

Dear Duygu Uyar,

Don't worry, you haven't missed anything.

The documents related to the semester contribution for the winter semester 2021/22 ("Beitragsbescheid" und "Zahltäger") have not yet been issued to our students.

These documents will be made available to our students later this week or by the beginning of next week in the STiNE account under Studying -> Documents.

Of course, you will also find all necessary information regarding the semester contribution for the new semester (bank details, amount, etc.) as usual also on our website: https://www.uni-hamburg.de/campuscenter ... ml#2928382.

Currently, you just can wait until the documents are available in your STiNE account.
