I've received the Semester Contribution letters in my documents a couple days ago. As a new student, I just wanted to confirm whether I need to share the receipt to the University once I've wired the money? Or will I receive an automatic notification once the University has received it?

Neither nor: there is no need to submit a receipt about your transfer. As soon as the semester contribution has been received and no documents to be submitted are missing, such as proof of health insurance, the final semester documents will nbe issued and sent (to the German address). For newly enrolled students, this usually happens in October only.
