DAAD Insurance Question

I am attempting to fill out my enrollment form for my MA program, but I had a question regarding insurance. I am privately insured through the terms of my DAAD Stipendium. Does this mean I also need to acquire an exemption form?

Dear cmcronin,

Yes, you need that form. Though there is an exception: If you are over 30 years of age, you are exempt by age - then you do not need the form.
