please do not worry, this can be easily solved. I assume you paid 332€ instead of 335€? If so, you can simply transfer the missing three euros and we will assign the additional payment to you as soon as we receive it. Please include your student-ID (Matrikelnummer).
Hopefully you also gave this number when you made your first transfer?
If, on the other hand, you have transferred the correct amount together with your student-ID and other "incorrect" details in the reason for payment (because it relates to the summer semester), you do not need to do anything further. We can allocate your payment as long as it contains your student-ID, despite the "incorrect" information.

Thank you for your reply. I have paid the full fee yesterday and the only thing which was wrong was that I have written Summer semester 21 instead of winter semester 21/22 and I have also not received any document on my Stine account yet. Therefore, can you please look into the issue.

I know it takes time for the documents to reach by post, but I am travelling to foreign land from 29th August 2021. Therefore, it will be of great help if I can get the online matriculation certificate before 29th August 2021. Sorry for the trouble!

as you have probably already seen, the semester certificate has been available in STiNE since August 25. The semester documents were also sent to you on the same date. I assume that you have also received these in the mail by now.
