A bank officer forgot to put my student ID in the semester contribution transfer abroad

Hi,
I am from Thailand and proceeded the payment for semester contribution. I have thoroughly checked the form that I have already filled up the student number for the reference part. Yet, they later came to me and said they forgot to put that number in the transferring process. They, though, said it would show my name in the receipt. I have raised this issue to the campus-center via the contact form and attached my transfer receipt already but I felt it would also be better to ask about it here as well.
In the case like mine, what can I do?
