Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm from India and haven't received an appointment date for my visa application yet. There are a very limited number of slots for visa application and it's becoming difficult to find one. There's an added issue of applying only from the area of jurisdiction and not from other parts of the country.

I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to arrive in Hamburg on time for the start of my study. I would like to know if the university could offer any assistance for getting a visa appointment or if there is a possibility of deferred admission. I would really appreciate if the former could be achieved as I'm eager to start my study this winter semester.
